29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(ii): The rope, wire, or chain was not rigged or supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) was not less than 34 inches (0.9 m) from the walking/working surface and its highest point no more than 39 inches (1.0 m) from the walking/working surface. The employer failed to ensure that warning lines were not rigged or supported in such a way that its lowest point was not less than 34 inches from the walking/working surface and its highest point no more than 39 inches from the walking/working surface. The condition was most recently observed on or about 11/08/2021 at a commercial building located at 801 Assembly Parkway in Fenton, MO. Geissler Roofing Company, Inc. had not erected warning lines at the proper height to protect employees while working on low-sloped roofs. The employees were installing roofing materials on the roof, which was approximately 42 feet above the ground, without the proper use and or installation of a warning line system.
