29 CFR 1926.502(b)(9): The employer failed to ensure that wire rope used as a top rail was flagged at 6-foot intervals with high-visibility material: A.) E.E. Austin & Son, Inc., 5343 Station Road, Erie, PA 16563, on or about August 5, 2021 and times prior thereto/South Deck Area: Employees were exposed to a fall height of at least 6-feet while walking and working in the deck area. The wire rope guardrail systems was not flagged at 6-foot intervals. The flags were at least 10-feet apart.
