29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. Located at 176 Preserve Drive in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about July 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work onsite from heights was provided with fall protection training. Raymundo Cortes Munguia Aka Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a repeat violation of this equivalent Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(c) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378639, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 04/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 49, 704 Salisbury Street, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a serious violation of this equivalent Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(c) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358710, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7033 Cannon Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
