29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): As a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; a) On or about August 25, 2020 and at times prior, at the Vortex department, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a flexible cord was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of tools and equipment such as but not limited to the Craftsman Laser-Trac (2/3 HP) - Drill Press and Central Machinery - 8" Drill Press. b) On or about August 27, 2020 and at times prior, at the Slider department, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a flexible cord was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of tools and equipment such as but not limited to the Kett Tools and Air King pedestal fans. c) On or about August 2, 2020 and at times prior, at the Entry Door department, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a flexible cord was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of tools and equipment such as but not limited to the RF-31 Mill Drill / Vertical Mill.
