29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Building Exterior/Back: Employees were exposed to 25 foot fall hazards while using a portable ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to gain access to the roof, on or about 7/14/20. The Danny Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300272, citation number 1 , item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/24/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 34 Harriet Ave. The Danny Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1300285, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/18, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Laurel Court Bergenfield NJ 07621.
