29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: Intuitive Surgical Inc., Norcross, GA - On or about 02/10/2020, at 5655 Spalding Dr., Norcross, GA, 30092 employees were exposed hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Isoflurane, Wex-Cide 128, Prolystica Ultra Concentrate Neutral Detergent and corrosives chemicals such as Chlorhexidine Scrub 4% while performing cleaning. The employer did not provide information to the employees of the location and availability of the written hazard communication program as part of the training as required by the standard.
