29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: Applies to any extinguishers provided in the workplace. a) Tire Warehouse: On or about 2/3/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that, monthly fire extinguisher inspections were not conducted to ensure that all fire extinguishers were working properly throughout the facility. Fire extinguishers were located on all walls and in every row of the racks.
