29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(1)(i): Employees of a workplace covered by this standard were not monitored to determine their exposure to formaldehyde: a) On or about December 11, 2020, in the Spray Booth, employees who worked with DAP Plastic Resin Glue, which contained formaldehyde, were not monitored for formaldehyde exposure. Central City Millworks, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019858, Citation number 02, Item number 001 and was affirmed as Final Order on 8/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2610 Second Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
