29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: Location: 104 S. Division St Peekskill NY 10566 a) On or about September 18, 2019, employees were working on a 4 level scaffold, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20ft due to the scaffold not having the adequate fall protection. The Ecua G. Carpentry & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374494, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/18/19, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Post Place Harrison NY 10528.
