29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Heritage Independent Living- Basement Shop: On or about May 21, 2019 and at times prior: A Sears 9 inch Craftsman table saw was plugged into a surge protector (relocatable power tap) which was hanging from the ceiling. (b) Heritage Independent Living- Basement Shop: On or about May 21, 2019 and at times prior: A DeWalt Abrasive Miter Saw, Chicago Electric Sliding Compound Miter Saw, and Delta Drill press were plugged into a surge protector (relocatable power tap). The surge protectors were designed for office environments and low amperage computer equipment. The UL listing states that relocatable power taps (surge protectors) are designed for low amperage computer and audiovisual types of equipment
