29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Building Exterior-North Side: Employees were exposed to a 25 foot fall hazard while working on a pipe scaffold that was not provided with guardrails system or other means of fall protection, on or about 4/16/2019 The Thunder Contractor LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270760 citation number 1 item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Lexington Ave Clifton NJ 07011.
