29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder (breakers), and branch circuit was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. ESTABLISHMENT: All circuit breakers inside the electrical circuit breaker panel box No. 2 at the Carrier Parcel area were not legibly marked to indicate its purpose. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {1910.303(f)(2)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1138822, Citation Number 01, Item Number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Palmer Road, Scotland, CT 06264.
