Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 004 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a. On or about December 11, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting spray insulation operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall protection hazards, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls. Rubens Spray Insulation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204339, citation number 1, item number 5C and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 5 N. Oakley Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612.
