29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) Warehouse and Glue Table: On or before September 21, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards associated with carpet mill activities in that the employer did not have Material Safety Data Sheets for chemicals that are used on site such as, but not limited to, glue for the backs of carpet and propane for forklifts.
