29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. a) Forth Floor- Inside Exterior Wall: Employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to fall hazards ranging from approximately 6 feet to 40 feet while utilizing the top step of a step ladder, on or about 12/4/18. The Madeira Framing Co was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956180 citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 56 Walnut Court Englewood, NJ 07631.
