29 CFR 1926.1413(c)(4): The annual/comprehensive wire rope inspection was not documented according to Sec. 1926.1412(f)(7) (annual/comprehensive inspection documentation): a) 1229 Bayshore Ave, Brigantine, NJ; On or about 06/20/2018, Jersey Devils LLC employees were operating a 1969 Bucyrus-Erie Model 22-BM Crawler Mounted Crane while conducting dock building /repair activities. The operator had conducted the required annual comprehensive wire rope inspection. The inspection was not documented and maintained by the employer. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
