29 CFR 1910.263(l)(9)(ii): All safety devices on the oven(s) were not inspected at intervals of not less than twice a month by a properly instructed bakery employee: On or about 4/4/2018, at the production area of Bakery Management Corp DBA Bakery Corp. located at 15625 NW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33127. Five ovens were not inspected, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
