29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: On or about February 22, 2018, employees who stocked, picked, and/or shipped chemicals such as, but not limited to, antifreeze, transmission fluid, engine oil, and windshield cleaner and employees who drove propane powered industrial trucks did not know how to access safety data sheets. Temporary employees do not have access to the online SDS system. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
