29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about November 7, 2017 and at times prior to, a relocatable power taps (power strips) and metal junction box were not used in accordance with their listing or labeling: a) Line 3, Open Mouth Amadas Machine: A relocatable power tap (RLPT) mounted to the metal pallet stacker was receiving power from a pendant cord and providing power to equipment including, but not limited to fans, a water cooler, and another RLPT. The RLPT was not used in according to its listing and labeling. b) Individual Wrapper: The wrapper was receiving power from a metal junction box with pre-punched knockouts as a pendant, which was not in accordance with its listing and labeling.
