29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): "Wall openings." Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface, were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: location: 1st floor on or about: 8/22/17 a) Employees, working and walking beside wall openings, were not provided with any means of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of 12'. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19 The Station Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164030, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/18/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Gables Way, Monroe Township, NJ 08831.
