29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall: JOBSITE: An employee was carrying a load of roof shingles to the roof using a Werner 32 feet aluminum extension ladder which could cause to lose balance. Above All Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 907977, Citation Number 01, Item Number 006c and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Laural Sands Condo's, 1 Seaview Avenue, Bldg "1B", Milford, CT 06460.
