29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. On or about March 21 2017, and at times prior thereto employees in the facility were exposed to chemical and fire hazards while using and handling hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to DW40, Hydraulic oil, lubricants, EEZ FOAMY cutting fluid, American Technology Kool 584, Citgo sliderite 68, Vanguard 3010 and other chemicals, without a hazard communication program that was developed, implemented, and/or maintain . DIMENSIONAL MACHINE WORKS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 982138 CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 5 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 8/26/2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6930 SAN ANTONIO ST, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77040.
