29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on scaffolds more than 10 feet high were not protected from falling to the lower level: a) 150 Forest Road, Staten Island, NY 10304. Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet, 6 inches from the walking/working platform to the ground below when no guardrail system was installed along all open side and ends of the walking/working platform. Occurred on 03/03/17. Exterior Stucco Systems Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1140904, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/09/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Leona Street, Staten Island, NY 10314.
