29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about February 22, 2017, the space between the front of the electrical equipment panels and the yellow posts used to denote the required clear space was full of and overflowing with empty cardboard boxes. The boxes made it difficult to access the electrical equipment panels. The boxes also posed a fire hazard if there were an electric arc. Employees work next to the area to store/retrieve small parts in the bins/racks next to the yellow posts. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
