29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level, was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system or fall restraint system and wear the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section. a) At the jobsite, on or about July 1, 2016, an employee performing steel erection activity which included steel connections was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system, fall restraint system or other means of protection from fall hazards, which exposed the employee to fall hazards up to 19 feet onto the concrete floor (inside the structure) or ground (outside the structure). Ronald Weeks dba RTW Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899127, citation number 1, item number 006 and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5 Chandler Street Lot # 14 Richmond Hill, Georgia.
