29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: The employer does not ensure fall protection anchor points are installed to support at least 5,000 pounds for employees who are exposed to the hazard of falling approximately twelve (12) feet while performing roofing activities. The lack of fall protection anchors was most recently observed on July 1st, 2016 at the jobsite of a new construction project located at 124 Oakshire Drive, Troy, IL 62294. The employees conducting residential roofing operations are exposed to the hazard of falling approximately twelve (12) feet.
