29 CFR 1926.452(a)(4): Diagonal bracing in both directions was not installed across the outside face on all double- and single-pole scaffolds: At a new residential construction site, employees worked from a Ladder Jack scaffold system that was not equipped with diagonal bracing to prevent displacement of the support poles. Victor Paz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.452(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1048674, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2015, with a final abatement date of July 10, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 2408 Barclay Court, Plano, Texas 75074.
