29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Warehouse - Near Exit Door - On or about March 18, 2016, a portable fire extinguisher was not readily accessible for use, in that the fire extinguisher was obstructed by wire racks. NOTE: APPLIES WHEREVER EXTINGUISHERS ARE PROVIDED FOR EMPLOYEE USE INCLUDING EXTINGUISHERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF WORKPLACE BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES
