29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Location: 301 Roosevelt Drive, Derby, CT: The employer did not provide a fall hazard training program for employees who were exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential house roof to utilize personal fall arrest systems appropriately. Guallpa Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 908472, Citation Number 01, Item Number 02b and was affirmed as a final order on 07/09/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 913 E. Broadway, Stratford, CT 06615.
