29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold: Employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that did not have a proper means of access, on or about 4/11/15. Galindo Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004350, citation number 01, item number 04 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/3/15, with respect to a workplace located at 6-20 Plaza Rd., Fairlawn NJ. Galindo Construction Inc. was also previously cited for a violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which were contained in OSHA inspections number 985190 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/14, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Midland Ave., Garfield NJ; number 988343 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/27/14, with respect to a workplace located at 370 Rt. 17 North, Wood Bridge NJ and number 930349 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/13, with respect to a workplace located at 658 Rt. 17 North, Paramus NJ
