Wilbert, Inc. - Bellevue, OH: On or about May 14, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the work floor and aisle ways near presses such as, but not limited to A4, A7, and A8, were maintained in so far as possible a dry condition. The floor presented oil accumulations which exposed employees to slip and fall hazards.
