29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a. Refurbishing area, at the main breaker power supply panel area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the power box below the breaker panels had a knockout without a cover, on or about 03/18/2015. b. Baler area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a power box at the side of the baler had a knockout without a cover, on or about 03/18/2015. c. Refurbishing area main breaker panel, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a breaker opening was not provided with a cover, on or about 03/18/2015. d. Stringer trim saw area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the electrical box to the saw's power panel had two knockouts without a cover in an area where the equipment was subject to getting wet, on or about 03/18/2015.
