29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Maintenance Shop; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a flexible cord that was powering a band saw that was not connected to the saw with strain relief to prevent tension from being transmitted to terminal screws in the electrical panel.
