29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Hard-service cord and junior hard-service cord No. 14 and larger were repaired by splicing, which did not retain the insulation, outer sheath properties, and usage characteristics of the cord that was spliced: a) Old Assembly Building, 275 Decking Station - A 120 volt AC extension cord was spliced and had masking tape wrapped around it, which did not retain the insulating properties, on or about February 20, 2015.
