29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: location: roof on or about: 10/20/14 a) Employees, engaged in residential roofing, were not protected from falling up to 23 1/2 feet, to the ground below. The employer, Franco Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 279187, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/17/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 357 Round Hill Rd., Greenwich, Ct 06831.
