29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Buchman Lumber Company, throughout the facility; The employer did not ensure that the employees were trained as authorized or affected employees in the control of hazardous energy prior to performing cleaning, servicing and maintenance activities of machines and equipment, such as, but not limited to, the Head Saw, Bull and Fine Edger's, Trim Saw, Chipper, Boilers, Planer and Sticker/Stacker machinery.
