29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iv): The employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials employed in fluxes, coatings, coverings, and filler metals, all of which are potentially used in welding and cutting, in the program established to comply with Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (sec. 1910.1200): a) Throughout facility - On or about 10/10/23, employees performing MIG welding, and potentially exposed to copper, iron, manganese, nickel and zinc were not provided with training on the hazards of the materials they are exposed to while performing these operations. Fleet Genius, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664817, citation number 1, item number 7d and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/23.
