29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about 05/09/2022 - Facility, the employer did not ensure that employees working with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Bariline 710 Alkyd Enamel, Baril Activator 096, Baril 700 Alkyd Primer, and Sheboygan R6-161 Thinner (MEK). Stryker Trailers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461723, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4971 AL Highway 21 N, Piedmont, AL 36272.
