29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. (a) 2104 Market St - On or about 4/11/17, employees that had not received training in scaffolding were performing work from a scaffold, exposing employees to struck-by and fall hazards. R&M Masonry Contractors, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315820159, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1627 S. 19th St, Philadelphia, PA 19145
