29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(M): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the signs, labels, or color coding required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1): a) On or about September 17, 2015, the employer's Computer Based Learning module for bloodborne pathogens did not contain an explanation of the signs, labels, or color coding required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1). Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315502880. Citation No. 1, Item No. 3f, and was affirmed as final order on 9/23/2013, with respect to workplace located at 2150 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
