29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) In the warehouse: On July 15, 2013 and at times prior to the employer failed to ensure that the portable fire extinguishers were subjected to an annual maintenance check, exposing all employees to fire hazards such as, but not limited to burns and smoke and fume inhalation.
