29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (a) Production Area: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to Portland Cement, Krylon spray paints and Daubert Adhesives, were not provided effective information and training on the hazards of the chemicals with which they worked, on or about March 26, 2013. Di-Ferraro Inc., dba Totowa Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312861842, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Burgess Place, Wayne, New Jersey.
