29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). (a) On or about February 21, 2024, at a jobsite located at 1380 Prairie Creek Circle, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, employees conducting decking of a 10:12 pitch roof on the back side of a new residential home were not wearing fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet from roof to the ground below. Neto's Carpentry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1700795, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1552 Lookout Court, Hartland, WI 53029. Neto's Carpentry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713024, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1525 Sandhill Boulevard, Hartland, WI 53029.
