29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take: On or about 04/18/2023, the employer did not ensure that the electrical lines from the service drop were located so that employees working to install roofing material on the roof would not come in contact with electrical power circuit from a 120/208v triplex service drop. Juan Zuniga Ramos dba JZ Exteriors and Repairs, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1617236, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/04/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 601 12th Street, Highland, IL 62249.
