29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) On or about 05/09/2022 - Facility, the employer did not maintain safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used in the facility including, but not limited to, Bariline 710 Alkyd Enamel, Baril Activator 096, Baril 700 Alkyd Primer, and Sheboygan R6-161 Thinner (MEK). Stryker Trailers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461723, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4971 AL Highway 21 N, Piedmont, AL 36272.
