29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at - 330 Carson St., Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide fall protection training to employees engaged in framing activities on a residential building and exposed to falls of approximately 10-22 feet above the ground level. The employees were not trained on how to recognize, evaluate, and mitigate fall hazards. Observed on or about April 21, 2022. The Max Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1497468, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Bridge Boulevard, Block 700.06, Lot 16, EASTAMPTON, NJ 08060.
