29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about May 7th, 2019, employees were exposed to contact with fire, smoke inhalation, and electrical shock hazards while working where an extension cord was run in the pinch point between a steel, exit access door and the steel door jamb as a permanent exterior power source Location: Exit Door, Old Building, 200 side, Belt Head UPS Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(c)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1121235, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (04/11/2016), with respect to a workplace located at: 80 Concord St. North Reading, MA 01864.
