29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) EG Plastics LLC. Facility wide, employees exposed to hazardous chemicals at the site including but not limited to, Methylene Bis found in Mobil SHC 220, and combustible dust a byproduct of shredding plastics. The employer did not have safety data sheets for the chemicals used at the site. The condition was noted on or about 08/07/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
