29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) On or about 4/18/2018, at facility, for the detailers working with/around hazardous chemicals the employer did not have safety data sheets for chemicals in use such as, but not limited to, Protector PRO1400 Sound Shield# 1605, YEL Undercoating# 1657, and ECP Technicians Choice TEC655 Acid Wheel Cleaner Concentrate. Kendalls Auto Detailing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899672, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on 1/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 17 Railroad Ave. Albany, NY 12205.
