29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Lot 16 Cumorah Ave. Center Valley, PA - on or about April 21, employees were accessing frame members from the top step of a A-frame stepladder. Ultimate Development, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175607, citation number 1, item number 6, and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 13 Center Valley, PA.
